PRX-T33 is an advanced skin-perfecting treatment that provides the clinical benefits of a deep chemical peel without the traditional downtime, heavy shedding or weeks of recovery. It works by stimulating the deeper dermis through a unique formula combining high-concentration trichloroacetic acid (TCA) with hydrogen peroxide and kojic acid — but without causing surface peeling.

The result is a visibly brighter, firmer complexion with improved texture — accessible to patients who want genuine clinical results but cannot afford the social downtime of a conventional peel. There is no heavy flaking or raw skin; most patients return to normal activities and wear makeup within 24 hours.

The skin is cleansed and degreased. For optimal results, a course of preparatory skincare may be recommended in the weeks before treatment.

PRX Application

The solution is applied and massaged in cycles. A warming sensation is normal. Treatment takes 45–60 minutes.

After

Why doesn't PRX-T33 cause peeling if it contains TCA?

The unique combination of TCA with hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) neutralises the surface action of the acid while still allowing the active ingredients to penetrate and stimulate the deeper dermis. This is what makes PRX-T33 unique — deep stimulation without surface disruption.

Can I return to work the same day?

Most patients can. You will be red for 24–48 hours but there is no peeling or flaking. Many patients schedule PRX-T33 for a Thursday or Friday and are comfortable at work or socially by the weekend.

How many sessions do I need?

A course of 3–4 sessions spaced 2–3 weeks apart is recommended for optimal results. Maintenance sessions every 3–4 months help sustain the improvement.

Can PRX-T33 be used on all skin tones?

Yes — PRX-T33 is suitable for all Fitzpatrick skin types, making it one of the most versatile brightening treatments available. It does not carry the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation that some other peels do.

What is the difference between PRX-T33 and a conventional chemical peel?

A conventional chemical peel (such as TCA or phenol) causes significant surface disruption and visible peeling over 5–10 days. PRX-T33 achieves deep stimulation without surface disruption, making it a 'no downtime' alternative suitable for busy patients.

Can PRX-T33 be combined with other treatments?

Yes — it combines well with microneedling (at a separate session), mesotherapy and home skincare. Your clinician will advise on the best protocol for your skin.
