LPG Endermologie is a patented, non-invasive mechanical massage technique that uses a handheld device with motorised rollers and gentle suction to manipulate the skin and underlying tissue. It is one of the few aesthetic treatments with FDA clearance specifically for cellulite improvement.

The mechanical action stimulates fibroblasts, improves lymphatic drainage and micro-circulation, and targets the fibrous septae (connective tissue bands) responsible for the dimpled appearance of cellulite. Over a course of treatments, skin appears firmer, smoother and more even.

The LPG handpiece is applied to the treatment area over a specialist bodysuit. The motorised rollers gently lift and manipulate the skin and subcutaneous tissue.

Circulation & Drainage

The mechanical action stimulates blood microcirculation and lymphatic flow, reducing fluid retention and improving the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the tissue.

Collagen Stimulation

Fibroblasts in the treated tissue are activated by the mechanical stimulation, increasing collagen and elastin production for progressive improvements in skin firmness and texture.

A specialist bodysuit is worn during treatment — provided by the clinic. No other preparation required.

During

The treatment is a firm, therapeutic massage. Some patients find it deeply relaxing; others feel a firm pressure. It is not painful.

After

No downtime. Normal activities resume immediately. Drinking water after each session is recommended to support lymphatic drainage.

Results

Progressive improvement begins from around session 5. A full course of 10–15 sessions is recommended for optimal results.
