The Fire & Ice Facial is a two-phase clinical treatment designed to bridge the gap between a mild peel and a traditional facial. The "Fire" phase uses an intensive warming resurfacing mask to exfoliate, correct and stimulate the skin; the "Ice" phase uses a cooling, hydrating formula to soothe, calm and restore.

The result is a visibly brighter, smoother complexion with zero downtime — no redness, no recovery, no peeling. It is one of the most popular pre-event treatments at DermaMedica, with patients booking for weddings, photoshoots and important occasions.

At DermaMedica, the Fire & Ice Facial is performed by our trained aestheticians or clinical team and can be enhanced with Dermalux LED therapy immediately after for amplified anti-inflammatory benefits.

Fire Phase

An intensive warming glycolic-based mask is applied and massaged into the skin. This resurfacing phase exfoliates dead skin cells, stimulates circulation and corrects uneven texture.

Ice Phase

A cooling, soothing hydrating formula is applied to calm any warmth and replenish the skin with moisture and antioxidants — restoring luminosity and comfort.

Immediate Glow

The combination of resurfacing and intense hydration delivers a visible glow immediately after treatment — skin appears fresher, smoother and more luminous.
